summer fun

Well we have had an interesting few weeks. We have made two trips to salt lake to help logans mom and support her. She went in to renal (kidney) failure which was caused by infection, and then we went down for her surgery to remove the kidney stones. We are so very great full for sandi she is amazing and we are so glad that she is the grandmother of our little boy. I have been able to hang out with my mom a few days in bear lake. Here is mason thinking he is very cool driving the tractor.

I had planed on buying mason a pool, but i was spured into action because I found him with the hose in the back yard with his step stool upside down and the hose filling it up an then trying to stand in it. So I found a pool and he lives in it!! We go threw tons of sun screen :-)



Well that about does it. We dont have the most excititng lives but we try to make up for it in fun.

Well last weekend I got to take a trip my mom kept mason and my cousin Kim and I drove to Boulder Co to visit my sister. We had a ton of fun!! So here are a lot of pics and a little about them and my trip.


We went to a park and hiked around a trail and enjoyed the outdoors!!!



Abby is learning the accordion she let us put it on and try to play it. It was a lot of fun!
She also is learning to make her own cheese ths is a cheder cheese, it turned out a little sharp but it was really good!


We ate at the Tea House one night. The food was so very amazing I havent eaten food that good in a resteraunt ever. The building was accually built in another country and given to the city as a gift, so they moved the building. the first pic is of the celing and the second is hand carved polls.



Thanks to my amazing sister we found a trycicle for mason for 30 bucks plus a helmet and bell all encluded. We found it on craigs list. He love love loves it!!

I had such a fun time but I sure did miss my little boy. So that is all the fun news. I want to ask a favor. Logans family is going threw a hard time. We almost lost his brother in a car accident he came out of it with a broken neck and some other smaller issues. Logans mom is having some health issues and I was just going to ask that you could keep them in your prayers. Thanks and I hope all is well.

Logan was home and neither of us had been to the zoo here so we decided that we would venture out and see it. We had a great day!! We had a good laugh lots of times Mason was big into mimicking the animals. So here are a lot of pics. Well there isn't much new at our house. We are loving the sunshine. I love that we have a big fenced back yard! Mason spends half the day out playing it's great to be able to just watch him he is such a big boy.
Sorry it is a little fuzzy my camera was low on battery.


A couple of weeks ago I finished this book that I made for Mason. Its my attempt at being crafty. I made it hoping that Mason would like to play with it to help him learn his colors and shapes. Each page has a pocket in a different shape and there is a matched stuffed shaped that fits in each pocket. Now i can move on to making the drapes and the quilt


Im so glad for the warm weather!! I have big plans for our yard and the front of the house. It is a big blank canvas and i have plans for lots of trees and flowers. I just wish i had the money to do it all now. :-) but all in time i will have to learn to wait. well all of you if anyone checks this i wish you lots of fun sunny days.

So we finally have some news. It has been an eventful week!! I went to the eye doctor on Tuesday a week ago. I was asking about lasik and all and he said well on thursday I am doing some surgery in Ogden and if you want I can do it that afternoon. So I made a few calls and now I can see without my glasses!!! I have been waiting for this for years! And then we have been talking about getting a dog for about a year now we have a place for him. So we rescued a dog his name is Captin and he is wonderfull!!!! Mason loves to play with him. Logan got home last night and today it was such a great day out we went to the park and played and had a great time!!

Mason being helpfull with the dishes. He learned he can push the stool where ever he wants it. A hole new world has opened up :-)


Mason is playing with captin this is a daily thing I love to watch them run and play. By the way the barking is the next door neighbors dog barking he want to come out and play very bad!!

So Logan and Mason were playing guitar hero Mason got a hold of the sound remote and turned it off then didnt want anyone to help fix it.

Well there isnt much to update we are just living life. I thought I would update a few fun pics. So here they are :-)

I visited my mom in BL and they have a dog named Sam. Mason loved to go out back and play with Sam and the cat. He has just started to decide that he can play by himself.

Here is my climber!! He will climb anything. Im ready to catch him if he falls but he thought he was so cool he climed to the top.

He discovered the dryer. Now I have a hard time doing the laundry when he is around because he just wants to climb in and play. What a silly little boy :-)

Finally Internet!

Well we finally have internet back at our house so soon as we get everything hooked up we will be able to post a few pics! There really isnt much new at our place. Logan is working hard but for the most part he enjoys it. I am loving being at home with Mason.
